Welcome!
I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with eight years of experience in treating adults with mental health and substance use disorders through medication management and therapy.
My mission is to ensure every patient feels valued, understood, and is an active participant in their care. Patients can expect a warm and open approach, thorough discussion and education on diagnosis and treatment options, and shared decision-making.
Whether you’re seeking support for depression, anxiety, trauma, or substance use, I invite you to connect with me to begin your journey towards improved well-being.
"Mental health problems don’t define who you are. They are something you experience. You walk in the rain and you feel the rain, but, importantly, you are not the rain." — Matt Haig
